  • Any furniture or products used in a business or commercial environment unless otherwise agreed beforehand
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly or set up, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear
  • Cushions, covers and glass are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Pre-ordering with us

In order to allocate your furniture to you, full payment is required. This is to ensure that the items you have ordered are reserved and allocated to you. We often have high demand for some sets and cannot reserve pieces without payment.

If you pay for an item that is out of stock, we will contact you to advise when it will be back in stock, you can either wait until it is available, or we will issue a full refund. Please note that refunds can take 5 to 7 working days to appear in your account.


We have used a textured rounded weave to give you a realistic wicker appearance without the need to keep maintained regularly. With all weather PE rattan, you can leave your furniture outside in all weather.

Metal Frame
Made from powder coated aluminium, which is light weight to make and easy to move around the garden and re-arrange it into different configurations to suit the event of even your mood that day. The connector pieces included will hold everything together firmly once you're happy with the configuration.

Caring for your rattan

  1. Use a soft brush to loosen any dust, dirt and debris. Do not use any brushes with abrasive bristles
  2. Clean by gently spraying the furniture with water from a garden hose pipe or jet washer and applying some light detergent
  3. Leave to dry before putting your cushions back onto your furniture set

Caring for your Olefin Fabric

During wet periods and winter months, we highly recommend storing the cushions indoors or somewhere dry to ensure that they stay looking great and your guarantee is not affected.

  1. Brush off any loose dirt
  2. Wipe any light stains with a damp sponge and a mild detergent
  3. If you need to machine wash the cushion covers please use a delicate wash with a gentle spin cycle and non-biological detergent

Please note that the splash proof coating will dissolve with hot cycles. Do not use bleach or tumble dry.

Caring for your Sunbrella™ Fabric

All Sunbrella fabrics are engineered to combine the highest level of design and performance. Do not machine wash Sunbrella cushions as this can damage them.

For easy day-to-day maintenance of your Sunbrella fabric:

  1. Brush off any loose dirt
  2. Prepare a solution of a quarter of a cup of mild detergent per 3.8 litres of lukewarm water
  3. Use a soft bristle brush to clean
  4. Allow the cleaning solution to soak into the fabric
  5. Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed
  6. Leave to air dry

Can I purchase additional cushion cover sets?

We hold a limited amount of cushion covers in stock at the beginning of every season, but they do sell out very quickly. Because trends change, we cannot hold a large amount of stock, but it is a possibility that you can pre order cover sets. Give our team a call to discuss.

Do you sell winter furniture covers?

We do not currently make winter covers.

Our furniture cushions are unique to our designs and therefore, will not fit sets from other brands or companies. If you have purchased a furniture set from us, please contact our team and we will try to help you.

We recommend checking your item(s) over as soon as you receive delivery to make sure there are no faults or damage that may have occurred during the delivery. If you do find anything then please contact our team straight away and send us photos of the issue so we can assess the damage and arrange either an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer. If we aren't notified of any damage or fault within 30 days of delivery of the item(s) then we cannot offer an exchange or a refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We ask that any faults are reported within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we can authorise a replacement or a refund without delay. If it is later than 48 hours, then our quality control team may need to investigate the cause of the damage to determine if it happened prior to delivery. If your item(s) are damaged or faulty upon delivery, then you have a few options to resolve this.

Within 14 days of delivery:

  • We will send you an alternative product of equal value for free and collect the unsuitable item on a day that's convenient for you
  • We will collect the faulty item and give you a full refund including the original delivery charge.

Within 14–30 days of delivery:

  • We will send you an alternative product of equal value for free and collect the unsuitable item on a day that's convenient for you
  • We will collect the faulty item and give you a full refund in the form of a credit note including the original delivery charge.

Changed My Mind/Not Suitable

Less than 1% of customers last year returned an item as unsuitable so we are confident that you'll be very pleased with your order. However, if the item is unsuitable then the following options are available to you.

Within 14 days of delivery:

  • We'll send you an alternative product of equal value (subject to a collection charge*) and collect the unsuitable item on a day that's convenient for you.
  • You can return the items to us, packaged and suitable for resale and receive a full refund for the cost of the item (no refund for cost of delivery).
  • We can arrange collection of the items with a refund (the cost of collection* will be deducted from the refund). The items must be packaged and suitable for resale.
