UK Customers
We can arrange delivery of your furniture as soon as the next day if you place your order before 11.30am. Our typical processing and dispatching time is between 2 and 3 working days of cleared payment. We have the following delivery options available for this product:

Please note, for Kerbside Economy Delivery the furniture is dispatched on large pallets and delivered to 'Kerb Side', so please ensure you are able to move the items to location from there.

Please note, the furniture sets are dispatched as 2 large pallets and delivered to 'Kerb Side', so please ensure you are able to move the items to location from there. If something is wrong with an order you placed with Alexander Francis, we will do everything we can to help.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange the return and replacement of the order.
