Returns
If something is wrong with an order you placed with Open Twenty Four Seven, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed.
We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If the item is not faulty and you would like to return it you will be liable to pay the delivery cost. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and where you would like a replacement item sent.
If you have a problem please call us on 0117 325 5247. If the goods need to be returned they will need an accompanying returns form, which will be sent via e-mail.
