Exclusive products designed in the UK - Our furniture is only available to buy directly from us. Where other companies will buy directly from China, Alexander Francis pieces are designed in the UK with British & European customers in mind.

Finest Materials – The rattan selected is resin rattan and is UV resistant, weather resistant, mould resistant, hard-wearing and is very low maintenance. The rattan has been tightly woven over the frame for extra strength and support. The frame itself is made from thicker aluminium tubing for added structure support to all the furniture. If for any reason the rattan is accidentally scratched we have ensured that the rattan is a solid colour throughout and not just a top layer, so the scratch is not visible. We also use stainless steel feet to avoid corrosion. You may have noticed other companies use plastic feet and make them look like stainless steel, which is obviously cheaper but also less durable.

Comfy & Clever Accessories – Originally designed for boats we use a marine fabric which is UV & mould resistant. We have cleverly designed the furniture cushions to have side zips, meaning if one side does become stained you can simply turn the cushion over and fulfil the same look, without a zip visible across the middle. All of our glass has been toughened to avoid even the most inconspicuous of accidents.

5 Year Guarantee – We are extremely confident in all of our products, and there is no need for our customers to register for the guarantee to be valid. All we ask is to keep your purchase paperwork as these will be helpful should any warranty claim arise.

Little things – Our modular sofa sets give you a great opportunity to arrange the set to your preference, allowing you to tailor the set to suit different occasions.  We are the only company who provide furniture clips free of charge that holds each piece together. It’s just another thing we thought our customers would like.

We can arrange delivery of your furniture as soon as the next day if you place your order before 11.30am. Our typical processing and dispatching time is between 2 and 3 working days of cleared payment. We have the following delivery options available for this product:

Please note, for Kerbside Economy Delivery the furniture is dispatched on large pallets and delivered to 'Kerb Side', so please ensure you are able to move the items to location from there.

We can also deliver to all European countries and you will find us very competitive. We aim to process and dispatch European orders within 2-3 days.

If something is wrong with an order you placed with Alexander Francis, we will do everything we can to help. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange the return and replacement of the order.

We realise as an internet company that it is difficult to make a decision about your furniture. Our team are here to make sure that you know you are making the best choice and our furniture is made to our very highest standards. However if the furniture you receive is not to your satisfaction and not what you were expecting, then you would be able to return the goods for a refund (excluding delivery costs). We can organise the pick-up of the furniture (at cost price) and the items must be returned in their original packaging and boxes.
